Training and support.

Quality approach to training standards

Training and quality standards are of utmost importance in order to maintain client systems up-to-date with the latest equipment. We need highly trained and skilled officers and engineers who can be relied on to deliver the best customer service at all times.

Every one of our security personnel is SIA licensed, trained and screened – whether he or she works in Security, CCTV Monitoring, Door Supervision, or Close Protection.

All ADP Security personnel are vetted and screened to BS7858-2012.

ADP Security Systems engineers are trained in the latest technology and products; and they are trained to maintain systems to British and European standards.

ADP organises in-house Induction and Basic Job Training (BJT) for all our security staff, including administrative staff. The training complies fully with the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) for Security Officers and will enable them to qualify for their SIA licence. The BJT enables our security officers to comply with ADP’s methods, practices and policies as contained in our ISO 9001 manuals.

On completion of training, recipients are queried on its effectiveness and providers are queried on its efficiency for the company. These issues are reviewed annually at Board meetings.
