ADP reaches finals for second year running

ADP Security Systems Ltd, a Hampshire-based manned guarding and security solutions provider, has been announced as a finalist for the second year running in the national Security Excellence Awards. This year, ADP is one of just six finalists in the category. “Best Customer Care Initiative”. The winners will be unveiled at the prestigious Awards dinner on Thursday 9 October at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London. The Best Customer Care Initiative award will be presented to an organization that has embraced customer care issues and has made the most progress in this area. Any type of security organisation is eligible to enter. Alan Day and David Preston, founders of ADP, believe that one of the main reasons behind the company’s success has been the constant focus on providing a tailored service to meet customers’ needs. David said: “It’s all about delivering what the customer wants in a flexible way and being able to react quickly to solve problems.” As the business has grown, ADP has established systems that guarantee a consistently high level of customer service, including Investors in People and SIA Approved Contractor status. Most recently, the company has applied for Environmental Management System ISO 14001; having passed the initial audit it hopes to achieve full accreditation in September 2008.
