Customer service in every layer at ADP Security Systems
Alan Day and David Preston, directors of ADP Security Systems Ltd in Petersfield are celebrating after being shortlisted as a Finalist in the RSM Tenon Award for Customer Service, as part of the South Coast Business Awards 2013.
A certificate was presented to the company at a glittering award ceremony on Friday evening, 12th July at the Grand Harbour hotel in Southampton, after a speech by the Right Honourable Michael Portillo.
David Preston, director of ADP Security Systems said: “We are very proud of being shortlisted for the customer service award as it underlines the focus of our business, which has always been about tailoring solutions for the customer.”
John Taylor, Office Managing Partner atRSM TenonSouthampton , who was one of the judges said: “The standard of all entries was excellent and we were incredibly impressed when we met ADP Security. It was very clear that there is a positive commitment from the business to customer service and that it is embedded throughout every layer of the organisation.”
Alan and David started the company 17 years ago and it has grown to 60 employees, who secure client properties in Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Dorset. Specialising in technology solutions with manned guarding support, ADP Security has built its reputation mainly on word-of-mouth recommendations, and still retains local clients from the early days, including East Hampshire District Council and Churcher’s College. The company has a 24 hour CCTV control room in Petersfield, Hampshire.
